Hinsdale Central High School Scholarship

We are excited to announce the establishment of the Christopher J Chute Memorial Scholarship, which offers a $1,000 annual scholarship to deserving candidates from Hinsdale Central High School, Chris' alma mater.  

The deadline for submitting the scholarship application for The Christopher J Chute Memorial Scholarship is April 8, 2025. Please email your completed application to info@chutehigher.org. Additionally, for the HCHS Faculty/Staff/Guidance recommender, they should send the completed form to kirsten@chutehigher.org.  

This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has a minimum GPA of 3.2 (unweighted), is planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited college or university, has completed four years of a foreign language in high school, and intends to participate in a study abroad program outside the US during their college years.  

To apply for this scholarship, a recommendation from one faculty/staff member or their guidance counselor at HCHS is required.
